I would go in to the store to discuss. And I bought all new appliances last year at P.C. Richards in Yonkers. All kitchen, laundry room, and 3 new wall air conditioners. They installed everything. Very happy.

Contact the corporate office and they will get on it. I had a similar problem and that's how I took care of it. Good luck! Google the email address so you have written proof.
If your item was a stock item that was in stock, delivery should've been set up that day. If your item is a stock item that was not in stock the store is more than likely waiting to hear back from their distribution center. If the item is an item that is a special order they are probably awaiting a response from the vendor as to when the item will be sent . Things that have to be ordered from vendors sometimes take long to be delivered or an update be sent to the store. It still does not excuse a no call back after the three days even if they were not contacted.
Go in and demand a full refund.
