Came here to return a phone that I bought from Samsung and chose the 'pick up in store at Best Buy' option. Two Bestbuy employees told me that I would have to pay a restocking fee to Bestbuy of $45 when making the return, which made no sense as I bought the phone from Samsung, not Bestbuy. I explained this to them, and they said they don't know how Samsung's policy works but when returning a phone at Bestbuy, the customer will be required to pay the restocking fee. They didn't even offer to check or verify, and instead told me to check with Samsung myself. After an hour of being confused and trying to contact someone to help me, I ended up leaving and going to another Bestbuy location in Hartsdale, where they accepted the return smoothly without any issue. No restocking fee was mentioned nor was I charged. I wasted an hour at this location for nothing - don't plan on coming back, ever. Terrible customer service.

Still has a bathroom and best place to by products under warranty. Unless its Black Friday you will find Parking easy and my favorite strip mall in central ave.

Love this Best Buy Store! Bought several items from it and staff is very friendly in there. It's a medium sized store I would say and they have many diverse tech items. They are really organized and have a structures system in there!

Charlie, Larry, and Ramon were the best. I needed an item that was difficult to locate, and they helped me right away. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and also empathetic that I had been to other stores trying to hunt down my item. I will always go to Yonkers Best Buy from now on!

I went there to buy a security camera and the sales people could not help me. One young lady told me she had to call her manager and when the manager came she told me whatever is there. She did not help me. She never heard of the brand i was looking for . Good luck.
They give you days but you need a receipt

There is NOTHING believable about their estimates. For example they quoted an 8 to 12 week wait for a certain microwave oven but PC Richard's had (the exact same one) in four days.

It's Extremely helpful if You have all the information necessary, if You know what you would like to purchase, like the item number or description of item which can be obtained by window shopping on their website.
