There is this light skin older women with glasses as a teller, she is rude and disrespectful that she got me to the point that I didn’t even want her to help me. Yesterday, I was trying to make a deposit using Wells Fargo ATM, and did not notice that it was not working properly. ATM had incorrectly debited my account, when I was actually trying to make a deposit. I went into the bank to correct the error and was assisted by Personal Banker, Julie Deluca,. Julie was unbelievably helpful and determined to make sure my account was corrected. After Julie sent a long time on the phone, with different Wells Fargo corporate personal, the problem was solved. I just want to thank Julie for an outstanding job!!!
