I am calling Lowe's Flooring Depts. in Ridge Hill Blvd. but no one picks up/answers . My apartment was measured for Carpeting three days ago but no one calls me back. Is this the usual way Lowe's does business? So far I am dissatisfy. I paid 35

In my experience buying and having carpeting or flooring installed from any of these big chain stores is always an issue and is never any cheaper than going with a local contractor. In the end when they post free installation or free appraisal it never is because they charge you for it and actually make it a very difficult task. I would never again do this

I switched to Home Depot.

If it is the Lowe's at Ridge Hill. It seems to be. I was there and was really disappointed. Left without getting anything. Very under staff. The one that was there, did not know what was happening or cared to help.
