If you are referring to Blue Pond, yes you can if they are on a leash.
I'm not sure about a dog. It's a State Park and I think they require a leash. We've seen bear's there too

Dogs are welcome either at the Blue Pond site or the main park, off Sisco Road, as long as they are on a leash.
