Is there a trout hatchery on browns creek , are there trout in the stream ?

Ive been gping up for 9 years and have only seen people catch fish a few times.

My nephew is pretty good. He catches fish up there every time. But he never keeps them just releases them

I do not know. I saw folk fishing. But never saw a catch.
