No you pay the fee for the day and you're good to go.

No NC Saltwater fishing license required to fish from the pier. We have a blanket license that covers everyone fishing from the pier. Daily fishing passes are $12.50 per person (2 rods allowed per person) and run from whenever you purchase until 6am the following morning.
