Some of the park is in Haddon Township which has an ordinance prohibiting overnight parking on the street. There is not much of a parking lot there except at the boat ramp on the White horse Pike and of the park which is in Collingswood. I would imagine you can park there overnight but it's not in the heart of the park and you will be next to Route 30 which is a fairly busy road.
I am not sure about the law enforcement and guidelines at the park. There is ample space in parking lot which could accommodate an RV at the night. The parking is usually empty by 9 pm. There is a public restroom near the gazebo. I have never seen any one camping there in the last 6 years.
