If you are not over the age of 70, you will not make friends here. Office hours are not flexible or helpful. Staff regarding leasing issues is very unorganized and will not respond to phone or emails unless you nag. I have gotten my laundry stolen multiple times from the laundry facility and the laundry room facility hours are not flexible at all. The elevators are often broken. Only positives is the facility presents clean and well kept. Another thing I will miss about living here is the lovely door woman and man that are in charge of the packages in the North building. Those are the only two positives I am taking away from this experience.

Stay away the management company only cares about money nothing else. Apartment is nice but only care about money.

This complex is just "okay". Maintenance is hit or miss, bug issue for a while that took 4 exterminator visits to solve, needs major updates. Price is good. They say it is smoke-free but it is NOT. Many residents are grandfathered in to that law. The South lobby smells of smoke all the time. Moving out because I never heard back from the property after numerous complaints of a noisy heater, mold in my AC, and a hole in the hallway ceiling.

Many hidden problems in these buildings that are over 50 years old. No fire sprinklers, many water shutoffs, elevators that break down alot, no parking , no security combined with main entrance locks that who knows who has a key going back to beginning of time, allowed rent assessment s for large projects and rent increases (rent control is deceiving) ambulances, rodents, pool issues, asbestos, odors, noise crime, lack of temperature control, frequent maintenance repairs loud noises like you're living in a construction site, smoking , fire alarms. Consider many extra costs such as pool, gym, and laundry room which adds up very quickly along with lack of good air quality and cleanliness living among hundreds of people ( anything goes here)foregoing your privacy.
