It's simple about 85% who work at McDonald's is on some type of drug but if McDonald's started drug testing and firing people McDonald's wouldn't have a my employees left. So they don't care as long as it doesn't effect your work.

Yes I went to a McDonald near sugar mtn Tuesday and they were all inside but had a sign in window due to weather conditions they were closed.
