This Place is Horrible I would give it a negative rating if I could. Ordered through the app last night and they only brought half my order. I had to go inside to get the rest only to be met by the manager Nathan who accused me of taking food out of the bag and lying about it. I asked the manager if he wanted to come check my car to which he said he wasn't and that I was a liar. I then asked for a refund or my food and he said he wasn't giving me a refund or my food and that he was calling the police. The manager was extremely rude and walked off saying he was not dealing with it that somebody else could. I will never go back to this place again

Why didn't I check the order!!! I ordered a large coffee with 5 sugars. It appears they took it upon themselves to dump 5 creams into the coffee instead of the sugars. A dollar wasted because I didn't see the blunder until I was back on the road. Get your stuff together McDonald's!

I live closer to shelby. But always drive the few extra miles to come to this mcdonalds. Their food is always fresh and my order is almost always right. Sometimes a little slow getting it out but usually worth the wait.

The drive thru went smooth flowed well the food was nicely warm and fresh although one thing about such fast food places is you'll rarely ever see the same attendants which could indicate a high employee turnover rate though not uncommon these days
