Is it just me or do other people always get cold fries? I seriously just went there like 20-30 mins ago got some fries and went back home only to find out they were cold. Went back and then had to wait 10 mins for a medium fries.

Always! Order them with no salt..they have to cook them fresh. Then ask for salt at the window
