My PC isnt turning on and there are no lights turning on when the PSU is switched on I've checked everything, do they check if PSUs are still working? Do they sell PSUs?

Yes, and they sell power supplies. Son bought one for his build.

Yes, they can test your power supply, do general and indepth diagnostics for a fee. They are excellent at what they do. I've used them for over a decade.
