Take 5 Oil Change

Told us they did not have the oil filter for our ‘21 Toyota Camry after we waited in line for 20 minutes. They didn’t even punch anything into the computer before telling me that they didn’t have the correct filter. This was my first experience at the Battleground location and it was also my last. I should’ve gone to the W Market location like I always do, they gave us complimentary water on this hot June day. Those guys there always got me.

Nowadays I have no idea how it is possible for a business to put together a crew as good as the crew at Take 5 on Battleground. Right from the beginning they recognized me from the prior day when I pulled up after they had closed. The mechanic approached my Jeep with an ice cold water in hand before I even stopped the car. On a 90 degree day that was a huge gesture. They are consistently professional, polite, and genuinely care about the services they provide you. That’s what makes them different. Other places change your oil, they provide SERVICE. Even as my oil change was finished and paid for and I was being guided out of the bay, the mechanic stops me and says “Let me get your windows, I hate driving with dirty windows.” My Jeep has a 4” lift and he literally scrubbed my windshield clean. I received better service at Take 5 on Battleground than half of the restaurants I’ve been to lately. If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Nicely done.

Soe greeted me with a friendly smile and cold bottle of water when I drove up. He and Gabriele were fast, friendly and efficient. Soe was very informative and helpful and this was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend them for great service!

I’m so happy with your place. My tech was “Gabe”. He seemed so knowledgeable and very patient. He was a very good listener and was able to do my service quickly and was very respectful during our interactions during the service. I most definitely will return and will ask for him.
