1st it was way to cold inside to enjoy eating. 2nd, I order country fried steaks eggs and pancakes. When my pancakes came out. They were almost as thin as crepes and very small. I asked for the manager. She explained the batter was thin. Well make a new batter because I couldn't have been the only person to complain.

The service is so bad here that giving them 1 star would be doing them a great service. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. these workers have no home training no manners and when you walk in they don’t greet you they just stare at you. I came in at 1030pm and I waited like 10+ minutes to be sat in a restaurant with nobody here. And then the lady says the reason why the server didn’t acknowledge me was because she thought I was a door dash order

Not only did this location not have any staff to service the dining room, but the food was extremely burnt AND undercooked at the same time. The staff kept leaving the building and the only waitress working was brand new and did not have knowledge of the menu, unfortunately. And the waitress bought the check before we got our food.. I don’t recommend this location by no means. The staff was rude and this experience wasn’t enjoyable.

Isaiah was our waiter and we had a party of at least 12; he was great! I Hop accommodated us well. Great service and food!!! Thanks for making the Out of Towners experience pleasant!!!
