They gave us a menu but didn't take our order
They do cook to order but when a backup is going on, there usually a staff shortage in the kitchen which doesn't allow for things to run smoothly as one part of a machine is absent
They cook food to order, but you are right Cracker Barrell is slow.
Because it's humans and not robots
Brad's wife would never allow a back up in the kitchen!
