Posana is a beautifully run restaurant with incredible employees. I couldn't have been happier with the drinks or food. The service was fantastic. They accommodate any dietary needs with fresh food that is beautifully presented. We attended a private function, so I cannot comment on a normal experience. However, I definitely look forward to booking dinner the next time we're in Asheville.

We Celebrated our Anniversary with a dinner out. Wow! We were very happy we chose Posana! The ambiance is very comfortable and chic. The music added to the vibe. The service was very professional and personable. The entrees were fantastic! We had the market fish (trout) which was to die for!! And we had the Ribeye...another awesome choice. We will be back...and you should definitely go!

A truly delectable gluten free meal that even my gluten-loving husband raved about! Our server was wonderful, attentive but not too attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely. Our reservation was for 9pm on a Thursday and even at the end of service our food was incredible. We had the gnocchi, which came in a mushroom gravy that was so good we dipped the breadsticks in it, too! I had the steak. It was cooked to perfection with the texture and flavor being one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Even my asparagus was cooked perfectly. It was well done without being limp. My husband had the pork and it was perfection, too. He said it was one of the best meals he’s ever had. We ordered dessert to go. The blondie was more like a spice cake than a blondie, in my opinion, but it was still a nice way to end the meal. We will absolutely be coming back! To get that quality of food at the end of the night on a random weeknight just shows how good the food at Posana really is. I’ll be daydreaming of gnocchi and steak until next time….

Went on a Wednesday afternoon and while the restaurant was more than half empty, we were asked to sit at the bar. Not my preference but we were hungry thus stayed.. The bartender/server was good explaining the food choices. Ordered the breadsticks before the main meal and thought they were very bland. It comes with olive oil and butter and I wish they had added some fresh herbs to the oil to add more flavor to the dish. The trout and gnocchi were good. The mushroom sauce on the trout made the dish. We like red wines but there was only one on the list for $9/glass. Everything else was $15 or higher. The cheapest bottle of red wine was $58! I consider those prices high. Service was good throughout. But, vacationing on a budget is a reality, and if I would have seen the menu and their prices before we entered, I would have picked another place to dine.

Staff is wearing masks. Masks are required if not seating by the table.
Don't worry about previewing their menu! My best friend and I live in Atlanta and we have literally considered driving there just for dinner! You won't be disappointed.😉
Virtually the entire menu is gluten free.
You can go through the side of the building and around. The entrance is after Rhubarb.
Posana is the safest gluten free restaurant that you will find. My wife has Celiac disease and we do our share of searching for places that she can safely eat at. All of the food is amazing and all of it is gluten free.
Outdoor seating yes. Might be chilly outside except for lunch this time of year.
Definitely yes on the patio. Almost always a few pets there 👍
