Definitely, there are good deals pretty much all year long ^^ like the person above me stated, im not too sure whether there are military stores though there is a Dick's Sporting Goods nearby if thats the kind of stuff you were looking for

Be selective, and yes you will find good buys, especially at Coach, etc. Not aware of military stores at the outlet, but know there are military supply stores in and around Leesburg. Have fun shopping!
