Your store manager Sean Leonard the evening of 6/20/22 was very unprofessional when I went to him with a concern for the safety of my children. He said he was unconcerned about the problem an walked away from me. An refused to set me at a table that was not a bar stool. My child is 3 and I drove a long way to this restaurant just to be disrespected. Where I had asked to be seated was already a family in that area but I was refused due to trying to be sure my child was safe while eating at this restaurant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF & MANAGEMENT!!😡😡😡

Not a great experience. Drinks, salad, tots delivered fast but wings lagged way behind and were cold when delivered (also, the BOGO deal was suspicious as the boneless wings were very small). Our server was pleasant but seemingly inattentive to the food delivery delay. The restaurant was not busy so there's really no excuse. The inside could use a deep cleaning as there was a noticeable "dirty" odor. Too many restaurants around here to repeat a bad one.

My husband bought two different type of wings and 2 sandwiches! The sandwiches were not so bad but the wings were super dry! I understand it's not easy to pack wings in a box but even pizza hut makes sure they add some sauce when packing. Anyways, I don't think it was worth getting wings from here! I was expecting delicious wings considering they're famous for their wings 🙈

Fries were over cooked had to ask for a new order. Next order i don't think they even drained the grease because the box was soggy. Ordered 20/20 special and got 17/20. Cold items were in same bag as hot items. No one REVIEWED the bag I guess thats just a sticker. To owner: I am not from the area or even this state. And I do not frequent any Buffalo wild wings. I do not wish to fill out any online forms thank you. Added a star for quick response
