Tamela that is a very long time to wait for food. Jack in the Box is known for pretty good food, not there quickness to deliver it. Since I am a guide, and not associated with the company, I would advise you to call the Company and talk to a District Manager or higher and tell them of your experience. Because personally in my view, that's a very long time indeed. Good Luck!!!
Eventually I got to the window and when the young man was handing me my drink I asked him if he was the only one working he says him and one other person I guess that was supposed to explain it. But of course I'll call Jack
