I don’t normally write reviews here but this time it is special. I was at the Vail location on Thursday. My wife and I are traveling cross country and after the long first leg from Los Angeles decided to stop in Vail. My wife has a condition when she gets low blood sugar she gets really agitated with me. We both like Arbys so the time was perfect to get some fat, beef, and sugar in her. Upon entering the store one employee noticed her shaky condition and immediately armed an empty register where he took our order in zero time flat! He was so nice and professional! He quickly got her a cup of ice and delicious Coca Cola, which quenched my wife’s sugar deficiency. When our food was ready he brought it right out to us with such warmth it made us feel like we were at home in LA! I made it a point to get his name - Adam. Adam was not only so clean and professional he got the ire of my wife of many years. Needless to say after being satisfied we found a nearby hotel, ready for our next leg. Thank you to Arbus’s and Adam!

I've never ever been I'm a Arby’s that takes care of their clients with so much grace and professionalism. I was greeted by the manager Adam, and he was very attentive. I asked him for extra sauce and without hesitation he took care of it for me. I will only be coming into this Arby's because of him. The place is clean the service is fast and friendly. I appreciate the amazing service I received at this location.

This Arbys is the closets to my house and it's still 7 miles away. I ordered a French Dip through the drive though, made it home and received no Au Jus... really? thanks for wasting my time and giving me a horrible dining experience.

This is always a good location. Today part of my order was for an 8 piece Jalapeño Poppers with the berry sauce. They only gave me the six piece without the sauce. Everything was still hot and tasty. I'm certain it was an oversight. Accidents happen. This is still the most polite and on-point Arby's I've visited.
