Yes you can wear a costume. But please be sure that if you have any props to leave em at home. If you do happen to lose them then you probably won't get it back. But otherwise yes. :)
That I do not know. I have never been there on Halloween I'm sure you could call the slaughterhouse it feels like somebody's in the office during the day. Hope I was able to help a little.
