Unfortunately we don't actually make a gluten free bread but most of our breads do not have any additional sugars. Our multigrain bread for example does have honey in it. We DO have a gluten free wrap available as an alternative to our artisan breads or any sandwich can be served on a bed of mixed greens. Hopefully this information helps! Thank you.
