Thank you very much to the manager Hector for babysitting my twins while I ran to my vehicle when it started pouring rain to get them in the vehicle without rain on them and thank you to Maria and Hector for loading up my truck for me and thank you to Maria you’re awesome for lending me your jacket to cover my twins with I really appreciate both of you

Excellent produce, meats, seafood, bakery and dairy. Friendly, professional staff. Clean restrooms. Stock is adequate with few bare spots on shelves.

Just going to start by saying that I am not really a fan of this store, I want to make that clear. I normally don't shop here because the area makes me uncomfortable, and the store and the area surrounding it is often dirty and seedy, but I had a coupon that I wanted to use so I stopped in yesterday. I wanted to leave a review for Tina, the awesome lady who helped me out at the self checkout, because she was definitely the best thing about my visit who helped me at least end things on a great note. I can't give my overall review 5 stars because as I said, I don't like this location very much, but Tina's excellent customer service definitely deserves 5 stars. I wasn't having the best day and I kept forgetting things at checkout, therefore needing all kinds of assistance, and I felt like the most annoying customer ever. BUT! Tina just brushed this off and stayed nice the whole time, so she made my bad day better. Hopefully someone in management reads this, and to everyone else who may read this, just know that while the store may not be the best, the employees are great!

The store is dirty and disorganized, items are constantly out of stock (and not just since the pandemic), produce is typically less than fresh, and the store hours seem to be more of a helpful suggestion than something they actually abide by. If they're closing at 10 PM, you can look forward to getting hustled out at 9:45 as though you were a drunk in a strip club getting ready to shut down. There's tons of crime in the immediate vicinity, and shoplifting, and the 'security' fail to do anything about that, but they're sure willing to abuse and harass regular paying customers, I actually had one of those guys get up real close, in my face, in an absurd attempt to physically intimidate me out of the store. My crime? Looking for vitamin water when the store was closing in 10 minutes. I only shop there because it's the closest grocery store to me, and even then, I'll often spend a few extra minutes so that I can go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market in the area instead. That place ain't so hot either, but it's definitely a vast improvement over this.

I've never seen drunk people..just very busy € I dont like having to go thru the self checkout to leave the store..otherwise theyre nice people € willing to help you.
You can call and they can tell u which frys does carry that product
More than likely, however, because Krogers was founded in Ohio specifically Cincinnati there might be some franchising issues but probably not.
Less ppl in store, less of spreading any germs, and more time to clean and disinfect...safety first, it protects everyone.
Hallmark maybe...you can always call and ask...hopefully you find what you're looking for...
