My order was premade and I still don't have my 3 small items 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. This store is horrible and this is my third issue in a row Edit: came back a fourth time. My food came out very late, cold, and missing the onions. Their staff was rude and disorganized. It was honestly the worst one yet. I refused the order and asked for a refund which was luckily given. They lost my entire family's business.

The Knight

The place looked as if had closed permanently. The outside appeared deteriorated. There was no inside dining. The 1st 2 or 3 drive up spots were out of order, so I had to keep moving my vehicle until I found a interactive menu that was operational. The shake I ordered seemed like there was water at the bottom. That's all I was able to pull up through the straw. When asked I was told it was half and half added to thin the shake so I could drink it through a straw. The Staff member who brought out our order was asked if there was mustard in the bag, he replied "yes there is". That was false, so I had to exit my car and go inside, where customers are not allowed, try and get the attention of any employee to ask for mustard. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the food and the shake which all made it's way into the trash once I arrived home in California.

Never been disappointed with the food here personally. The staff are always friendly towards me. They put the word "Fast" in fast food!. Keep it up fellas!.

Green chili burger was good but 80% of their outdoor menu machines are broken. Drove around till cars got out their spot to get a spot. Not good when your hungry and in a hurry 😕
