Ordered online app said order was ready. It stated it takes 16-25 min. Gave them 30min to make sure it would be ready. Went paid they let me know they where still working on it. Got it 47min later. What's the point of pre-ordering if they are going to make it when you arrive.

We ordered food and when we got there the door was locked and they told us they threw our order away…. Even know it was only 11 and they are suppose to be open until 12..It was awesome definitely will not come again

*UPDATE* On 1-12-22 @ 2:10pm CAROLYN Was the cashier & she also is the one who took my order over the phone & I just Have to say that she DEFINITELY NEEDS Some training In customer service because she was rude over the phone & Also in person.(end update). My first visit a while ago wasn't very good. But gave it another shot & glad i did. The woman that helped me on the phone was very kind & the wings were HOT & yummy & really good. Very good service This time around from everyone & i appreciate that. 👍. My bag says Nando made the wings? So great job Nando. 👏.
