The ride to phoenix wasn't bad except for the person sitting in front of me couldn't seem to stop coughing the ride back Ito Tucson was horendous the bus smelled like I was riding in a port a potty for 2 hours how is that keeping it sanitized and covid-19 friendly I ask.

Bought my ticket on a Sunday was in a rush as a loved one was just in an accident and needed to get home ASAP. Plane tickets were outrageous at the time so I booked the ticket not understanding the difference in the 3 options since I had never been on a bus before let alone booked through them. I was just looking for cheap and what would get me there as soon as possible and when I could leave as soon as possible. Fast forward I found a plane ticket I could afford... well needless to say I got the bus ticket that was you guessed it nonrefundable but I could transfer it...WRONG because I tried, see my mom is coming to visit me from Fl to Az in Oct.... However they did not allow me to swap the cities around so that she could use them.. fast forward to less than 24 hours before my bus leaves I receive an email saying that my departure from FL has changed and that I need to call them ASAP, so here it is 6am and I call them to find out that my day I was suppose to be leaving to come back according to the website was Tuesday but they had it on Thursday and it had been canceled... so I had to change it and I was able to get it changed to a Tuesday but I was doing it over the phone and couldn't really look at my schedule seeing I was still half asleep and once I looked at the details I figured it did not work for my schedule I called back and asked if I could just receive a refund now since they had messed up my trip basically and I now only was having 2 days with my loved who isn't doing well in the hospital. There response was no I have a nonrefundable ticket and I said I know but you guys messed up my travel dates, they still were adamant about it being nonrefundable.. so again I asked about it being transferable and got a no. So I blasted them on twitter and got someone to respond and basically got the same answer... So I am left with spending 5 days on a bus, 2 days with my loved one in the hospital and they refused to help me in any way.... there response was you bought the ticket, and we have policy to follow.... meaning they will not budge what so ever...even if they make a mess up or changes to your ticket... or if it a life or death situation...

Very nice bus stop, smallest one I've ever been in so it's nice knowing exactly where to go and not have to walk around trying to figure it out like in other bigger locations in various cities. There are plenty of outlets for charging right by the the seating so that's handy. That aspect alone is great! The bathroom are pretty clean as well! There's also a Del Taco right across the parking lot in case you want a quick bite.

Compact station, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Would be nice if the station had convenience store or machine (chargers, headphones, etc)
