Service, food, and ambience was great. Restaurant wasn't crowded and no waiting.

It has been several years since we attended a Outback restaurant so we were expecting the same quality of food and service that we had in the past. But guess what, it wasn't there, the service was extremely poor. Took us 10 minutes to even be greeted by a server and at that point we ordered cocktails and asked for some water, 15 minutes later we finally got both and we had ordered an appetizer at the time we ordered the drinks that didn't come out till about 5 minutes after we got our drinks. When we got our food my son asked for mayonnaise for his burger and never got it. Our bill was over $200 we only had one drink each and the three of us had a salad and an entree and a meal to go The server was tipped well, a little over 20% since I have worked in that industry I understand that they live on their tips so I didn't want to punish him even though service was not great. Probably won't go back to Outback anytime soon. There are many good steakhouses out there Texas Roadhouse in Longhorn are very good we'll probably go to those next time. I had the prime rib sandwich which was very dry and tough, the other meals were okay, the steak and shrimp was good and the burger was just okay, for the price you pay for a burger you would have expected much better. All in all it was not a great experience. ☹️

Not Gluten-free, unfortunately this restaurant didn't understand what Celiac means, I got glutened and was in so much distress and pain I couldn't even walk to make it to urgent care but after 4 hours and stomach medications I finally got relief, we were traveling so I could not touch base with the Restaurant.

My rating for this restaurant is a strong 4 stars. We had lunch at this Outback and the lunch scene had not become very busy at the time of our arrival. I ordered a lunch salad with ranch dressing, and the Alice Springs Chicken with fries. We also had the gluten-free Chocolate Thunder Down Under for dessert. My salad was basic, but well-presented and all of the ingredients were fresh. They were a bit too generous with the ranch dressing, but I love ranch so no problem there. Oh, I also shared a starter version of the Shrimp on the Barbie, which was seasoned nicely, cooked correctly, and was overall very tasty. My Alice Springs Chicken was juicy and delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and how can you go wrong with chicken topped with mushrooms, bacon, cheese, and a honey mustard sauce? Yum! The fries were hot and fresh. Our dessert was rather fabulous, too. The brownie was rather light and not dense. The ice cream and whipped cream went with it perfectly. Finally, the service was good throughout. The team at Outback did a good job and we will return.

That would have to be asked via restaurant ot website.
Yes
Social distanced seating, staff wears masks, customers wear masks unless they are eating/ drinking and they sanitize consistently. Also have curbside pick up too if you don't want to go in.
My wife and I eat there a lot we think there food and service is awesome!!
Sunday to thursday is 11:00 to 9:30. Friday and Saturday is 11:00 to 10:30.
That's is right plus the prices are out of sight.
A waiter or waitress is only able to handle so many tables at a time, if they have low staffing during non busy hours some tables may remian empty as there is no one to cover that table.
