How can I get your custonwr service department to call me regarding my new couch that doesn't have powwr to it? 3 week delay in delivery and can't get any answers on how you will stand behind your product!

You can call the store where you purchased your couch and they should email you a link so you can send in a complaint and they will call you after you do.

I had a good experience there, bought a hour full of furniture. Had good service & pretty timely delivery. Any issues...we called & they took care of it.
