You can call the store where you purchased your couch and they should email you a link so you can send in a complaint and they will call you after you do.
I had a good experience there, bought a hour full of furniture. Had good service & pretty timely delivery. Any issues...we called & they took care of it.
Just call the store. The management staff has been very helpful. Please call direct. You will get answers.
