Normally, I'm very happy with the work done here. However, this is my first time getting my windshield replaced. The replacement went well, but then they called me to schedule the recalibration of the safety features on my car. I was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., and was told that the maximum it would take would be an hour, but it should take less. I got there 3 minutes early, and was not attended to till 10:45. Then, they told me my car was ready after an hour and 15 minutes, and when I got back in my car, the plastic cover for my mirror was still off, and a dirty rag was left on the seat. Because they were late, and took longer than what they said, I was late getting back to work. I was very disappointed with the service this time around.

Absolutely garbage I paid for second most expensive package. Wasted soo much money First , their machine broke down which forced me to wait 1hour for my car even to get washed. Which I wasn't mad about but no even gave a heads up or apologize or anything for waiting that long. Second, inside wasn't touched at all. I waited so long that once I got my car back i didn't check their work because I was mad I was waiting for so long. When I got home I checked it and absolute worst car wash. There was multiple spots that were so obvious if they even took ONE SECOND to look and try and clean inside couldve solved 90% of the problems. I took a wet paper towel and cleaned almost all the spots withing 5 min. I even called there manager to complain. They were busy so they took down my message and info. Said they would call me back when they weren't busy. STILL have not heard anything. Awful experience

Very friendly people. Great service. We've been coming here since they first opened. We get both our vehicles washed here. They did a wonderful job detailing our car. We also have the monthly express wash for both vehicles and it's awesome!

Scheduled my $199 interior car detail appointment several days in advance. Car was not that dirty, windows needed cleaned, etc. I was told it would take about 3 hours. Showed up at scheduled time, they took my car, said it wasn’t that dirty. I called 5 hours later and was told that “they just finished the detail”. Showed up an hour later, my car was still inside the detail garage, stuck in front of 2 cars, not being worked on. They then said they needed to clean the windows. Spent about 2 mins “cleaning” the windows. My windows looked worse than they did before I dropped it off. The seats were clean, but would not recommend paying $200 when they couldn’t even clean the windows.
