I have been a loyal car wash subscriber at Cobblestone for over three years. Today I canceled my subscription due to the severe lack of customer service from supposed manager Gustavo. Someone within the organization should teach their employees how to approach a customer with a concern. My truck had some mud on it and was allowed to go through the wash. At the end, an employee asked if I wanted to power wash the remaining mud off the vehicle. He turned it on and I started power washing. Within a minute I was recklessly approached by Gustavo. First words were “this is not for customers.” I told him that an employee had asked if I would like to use it and turned it on for me. Again, “this is not for customers, I will talk to him.” You need to pay for mud removal. I explained that most the mud was removed during the wash already and will run it through one more time to get the remaining mud off. He said he would not allow that to happen. I then told him that I would cancel my subscription. His reply was “go ahead,” and stormed off like a child. Gustavo is the only reason I have canceled my subscription. Terrible customer service. I’m sure another car wash in the area will appreciate a loyal subscriber. Too bad!

I had a full internal and external detailing. I dropped off the car at 7am, and it was not clean after 8 hours. They never called me to pick up my car, so it was waiting outside for 3 hours. They did not clean under the seat cushions, armrest storage, and glove compartment. I do not recommend this place for auto detailing.

Even though I paid for the luxury detailed of my car (USD285), there were some MIRRORS that were not cleaned, and that's the tip of the iceberg. Because there was some spots of dirt on my dashboard and center console that wasn't cleaned at all. I removed those spots with a cleaning wipe in less than 1 minute!!! And they applied protectant sealant on top of dirt, so they did know that it wasn't cleaned. Also my little rugs were filled of dust as soon as they dried, so it seems that they just pour some water on it. And if I didn't come back to tell them about this is because I don't want to deal with you anymore, i was too upset. I hope you improve your service and stop scamming your customers with "premium" cleaning service.

I went in with a $29.99 Oil Change Coupon I recevied in the mail. I showed it to the attendant when I pulled up. However, I was charged $83.99. The tech told me my car, being a 2020 Chevy Equinox, required a Full Service Synthetic Package. I told him this is the first I was told about this and it should be been discussed prior to me pulling my car into bay. The lube tech Tyler did apologize but told me he could not lower the price but he could give me an upgraded car wash. Also, another tech almost damaged my glove compartment trying to check an air filter and admitted to not having the right tools to do the job. The cashier William, was nice though, giving me a bit of a discount for the trouble, but I still paid more than expected. Cobblestone Auto Spa is a real bait and switch business. In the past too, I have had coupon issues here. This visit is my last. Take your business elsewhere.
