I ordered a drink at the Starbucks on 8th Avenue and 51 st last night around 10 pm right before the store closed. I was short changed. The two women working there seemed to know that they short changed me. Has anyone else had this experience there?

I never had that experience, maybe it was a geniune human error when you were short changed. But it is worth a lot if Starbucks looks into it, for example, has any other patrons called customer service about being short changed at the same location. I visited the same location today. My drink are always excellently made when in town. The location is very small, in fact, it is the smallest location I know, except for a few that is hosted in other stores, so limited seating are available and patrons are glad to order and go. 52nd and 8th Avenue host a lot of tourists and in-land visitors, so this location is very busy. Management needs to revisit the location and its logistics. I stood in line and observe to-go cups being stolen. It is hard for the staff to monitor theft. Also, these confrontations may have negative effect as well. There was also patrons sitting and eat Chipotle while Starbucks Patrons stood and eat or wait for available seats.
