1. They never have oatmilk and they sub it for almond milk which I can taste the difference and I'll ask did you put it in, they'll admit to subbing the milk but they clearly had no intention of telling me they subbed it. If you have any allergy and order drinks from here, be cautious cause they don't follow the instructions for preparing things 2. They refused to give me my order because THEY "couldn't find" my drink tickets. I had proof of purchase on my phone from the mobile app, with date, time and order. But nope, I had to argue and fight to get my drinks. And then SUDDENLY they find the tickets and can make my drink. The whole team was very rude and disrespectful the whole time. If I showed my proof of payment, I deserve what I paid for. The fact I had to argue for it makes me feel like this store is running a scam. 3. I have only observed this once (as I usually go through the drive thru), but staff behind the counter handling donuts without gloves. If you go inside to order, make sure their wearing gloves and don't be afraid to remind them to wear them if they forget.

I always have a bad experience with a particular guy 7pm ish , he always have attitude and doesn’t give you what u order. I have a feeling he rips me off. Can you upgrade your drive through with sign detailing what u order and price, like McDonald’s drive thru?

It takes a good while, if ever, to get service at this Dunkin location. They do make drinks very well, but it's always taken me 5 minutes or longer to be seen, even if the store is empty.
