This location isn’t just bad it’s the F’ING WORST Starbucks most likely in ALL OF NYC. I wish I could give it a negative 5 star 👎 They don’t pay attention, to orders from the app is always an issue; it’s either you can’t order at all or they say they are out of something then you get there to find out they actually have it in stock. The line is so slow there’s it’s like 3 min for each person. On top of that the employees are rude and stand offish.. disgusting location I HAD TO UPDATE 🤬 5/26/22: The manager gave me a call. He was really nice and I was actually kind of content after speaking with him. He told me to stop by, but the day I said I would, I couldn’t. The next time the Starbucks system for all locations was down. The line was long, they had a lot of customers. This wasn’t the time to follow up. I went today 5/26 - I couldn’t remember the name of the manager I was suppose to speak to. So I was hoping maybe one of the staff could help. NOPE, I can’t anymore. I’m good

Love going Starbucks there's not a lot of th e m in the Bronx. So when I'm near one I stop in. The staff in the White Plains Road are so sweet.

I visited this location while I was in the area. Customer service was excellent. The staff are so friendly and professional. My order was ready quickly. The place was also really clean and neat.
