Same people they work in Parkchester work here rude and nasty they don't have no customers skills even though Starbucks use measurements does it mean that everybody followed basically the lady throw the coffee on my face with a really bad attitu

The people here are friendly and kind, fake customers probably work at Micky D's are saying they are rude. Great place.

If this is the Starbucks in Pelham Parkway , I'm going to agree with you regarding the staff. I ordered a Caramel Frapuccino & it tasted like nothing...... The young lady had a nasty attitude I took the drink I spent almost $7 dollars & tossed it. A good owner would look at these comments & address the concerns of the customers, without customers that means NO MONEY!

I went to Starbucks and I ordered a iced latte and the lady with glasses was rude and had a attitude and was racist because I did not order my iced latte with no whip cream and this is my first and last time I come to Starbuck.

They are beyond rude at this location. Especially one particular girl. I’ve left and walked down the block to Dunkin’ Donuts more than once despite my cravings for Starbucks.
