My experience at this dunkin donuts was not welcoming at all. The young gentleman at the register did not greet me, but rather said "what do you need?". He also denied me my latte because he said it was a health code violation to make a latte with cream; it is not a health code violation. I got the same latte with cream several times before this day. I will no longer visit this dunkin. It always boils down to management. I'm sure the manager knows this individual by now, and if he allows or encourages this behavior from employees to customers, maybe he shouldn't be managing. Either way, steer clear of this dunkin, there's bad apples in this tree.

Great Day, everything was to perfection 🥂 i thank the registered employe even though he didn't have a name tagg. The people whom prepared food was okay, but just the man who was serving orders didnt complete my order had me standing for 5 minutes extra then was rude after i ask for my order
