The coffee here is disgusting. They have 3 Hispanic females that do not know how to make coffee. They all have poor customer service and seem to enjoy talking bad about their customers in Spanish while servicing them. The older Spanish lady is completely rude, I’m not even sure why she’s there if she doesn’t want to work. There needs to be management present during working hours. You’re better off getting coffee at a bodega. Save yourself a trip and do not go to this Dunkin Donuts.

After visiting this location several times, I can safely conclude that this Dunkin Donuts passed with flying colors. Their coffee is great, their donuts are great, and their service is great too. Bronte was and still is the star of that location. She always makes me feel welcome up to the point where she knows my usual without me even asking. There is another location I go to but I rather visit this one than the other for two reasons. One is that Baskin Robbins is there and two, it is much cleaner and carries a more positive vibe. For those of you who want a good quality breakfast, lunch, or snack, I will recommend this Dunkin Donuts to you who has so far treated me with the respect and kindness that has always motivated me to return once again.

The Spanish female worker there is fantastic! She greet you as you walk in the door if you're a regular she already knows what your order is and has it ready for you! Very good customer service that particular Dunkin Donuts! I recommend everybody in that area to go to that Dunkin Donuts! Happy Friday!

Quick service and palatable food. Close to the subway, the number 2 an 5 trains, and the Bx 4 and Bx17 as well as the Bx46 buses.
