There is no swimming, so I think they might say no. As a Christian myself I wish you well in your endeavors. Check with Watson Lake Park. They might be able to direct you on this.

I'm a Christian too, but I wouldn't want to be baptized in Watson lake, it's pretty gross water. You might check into lynx lake

Clearly states No Swimming BUT as a religious Ceremony and Technically No one will be swimming but only standing or wading they MIGHT approve it. I would contact parks and recreation and ask. What's the worse they can say No

I dont think youre allowed to get in the water there.
