So when I go to this Arco in Prescott az, this young man Dillon always greet me and always makes sure I get what I needed. He is really nice man always how was my day and he smiled at all the customer with care and helpful. Dillon should get some kind bonus. You ARCO have really good employee there. The most kind man. Then other ones they don't even say hi . But Dillon does.

This is the WORST gas station in Prescott!! I stopped getting gas there due to the pumps never seem to work correctly...always have to get help. One ime I was in there to get gas, the pump handle wasn't even hooked up...yet no employee/manager could put a "out of order" sign on the pump. One time it showed that I had pumped my gas, but when I got in my car...my gas gauge said I was still on empty. When I went inside to tell the cashier, he said that my gauge was wrong...which it wasn't! $40.00 in their pocket, as they would not give my money back... pathetic!! Went to another gas station down the road, and my tank took $40.00, as my gas gauge confirmed. Seriously, I can't find ANYTHING good to say about this place except DO NOT GO THERE!!
