Great car wash, my car is clean and they have towels to borrow and they have free vacuum, the only negative experience was that 2 vacuum machines did not work, the air flow was so weak and we had to move the car to another spot.

was "closed for maintenance" 6 out the last 8 attempts over the past three weeks. bought the annual "unlimited", cancelling tomorrow.

This people here are not well trained ,I went with $50 master gift card to put gas on my truck ,Gave master gift card to cashier she swipe the card and tell me I’m ready to put gas I took the pump out try to pump gas on my truck but I couldn’t went back to cashier and told her she reset the pump and took Master card again to swipe she couldn’t coz money was already taken out on the 1st swipe,she told me I will get money back to my card with in 24 hr but I didn’t get it ,they just took my money didn’t fill my tank never get my money back .call them few times they just point on one another.

Based on all information I could find online this store says it is open until 10pm whatever the guys name is who was working the closing shift on Wednesday 8/12/20 Chose to yell at me and use profanity and refer to me as “dude” rather than tell me politely that they close earlier than is advertised. Mind you all the lights were on and people were still at the pumps, my car was nearly out of gas (light on) and I only wanted to get $5 to get home and to work the next day where I get my demo car filled for free. I am in sales and I rarely ever feel the need to write a review of a business, but if this guy worked for me I would want to know how he berated my customers and treated people who were trying to spend money with my business. I would have liked to have gotten his name but he had already removed his name tag, and uniform, and I’m sure he only would have screamed more profanities had I asked him for his name. This type of behavior is completely uncalled for regardless of the situation. Even if they had been closed for a half an hour rather than 2 min (arrived at 9:02) it would still be totally unacceptable for an employee to speak to a customer that way. If one of my sales people spoke to a client like this guy he would be packing his desk the same day. Giant eagle usually employs very nice people but this guys is clearly someone who hates his job and is angry with everyone because of it. Such a shame to have someone like that represent your company.
