If i order from a store that google says is closest to my location but when i call and give him a street name he sends me to another store. Is that right?

Ask first if there is a problem delivering to your location from there store. Ask which one to call.

Each store has a set delivery area so while you may be geographically closer to one store, you may be in another store's delivery area. And we try not to encroach on another store's area as its seen as taking their business. Also, sometimes, the further store may have a quicker delivery time (major roads, easier access) to an area so the order will go to them.
