I was disappointed in the pool . I want to thank Oliver and Stephanie they were helpful. I was just disappointed that we had a late check out to do a little swimming before we left. We didn't want to go in because the pool was dirty π we had till 12:30 to swim Maintenance didn't start cleaning till almost 11 he told us we had to wait 2hrs Not happening I told him we have to check out . I'm not blaming anyone but I would of told maintenance to do that 1st . Since we didn't get to swim the day before cause the rain storm ,lightning. I understand that but a little of time in the morning would of been nice. I noticed the hotel looks run down now . It could use a little TLC

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hall carpet was gross; smelled a mix of mold and cleaning chemicals. The first room assigned to us, the A/C did not work at all. The staff moved us to a new room; the A/C worked better but not amazing but we were too tired to move to another room. In my brother's room, the A/C worked excellent, but it smelled of dog urine and there was a visible stain in the ceiling from a leak. The breakfast buffet was ok with limited options, but the staff was attentive, kept it stocked, and wiped the tables as groups left. The staff were great. The hotel itself has seen better days.

The beds are nice and clean. The bathroom is horrible!!! The water in the shower drains slow, the restroom is just nasty hair everywhere. Mold growing in the corners of the ceiling. We also were charged twice. For what reason I am still trying to find out. He said it's a penny charge and I'm like where the heck do you see just a penny charge? A refund takes up to 3-5 business days. I have a budget I am following and this "penny" charge wasn't apart of it!!! So please be aware that what you pay to stay is going to be charged twice 1 for your stay the other for "penny" charge.

I'm disabled. I called and they said they had plenty of rooms on the first floor. When I got there they gave it away. Second floor , no elevator. The handle on the toilet was broken. Glass turntable in the microwave was missing. Makes me wonder if they even cleaned it. After voicing this at the front desk they gave me $10 off. You decide.

Don't trust them, last time I went there I had to wait a month and a half to get the deposit back.
Not that far Cindy. Just stay on big major roads. Potty break where there are crowds. Keep your pups close and have a great trip!!!!
