The Owner sold Noodle King (in Provo) and opened Pho King Orem (in Orem) in 2018 and then he sold it to us in 2019. We kept the recipe and improve it to the current taste. We still use over 75lb of cow bones and boil it over 12 hours before we add other ingredients like ginger and onions and boil it for another 4 hours. Then we add other spices like nut meg and cinnamon before we add salt and sugar to finish it.
