Is it true that you guy's charge a tip without notifying the customer's of this charge? and some tip on there own so actually have been double tipping with out knowledge of this?

Incorrect, it appears on the menu, the receipt, and also the credit card receipt that would be signed. The problem is people don't have the greatest sense of awareness... like if it isn't on a screen people don't see it.

I was visiting from DFW and I ate there about 2 weeks ago and saw it on the receipt. I just didn't add the additional tip since a service charge is already included. I always review the charge summary before I pay and everyone should do the same.

Usually with less then 6 people you choose the tip with 6 plus they can recommend and charge you the 20 percent
