Does this shelter have a no-kill policy?

They are a No Fear shelter. If an animal is severely injured/in pain/etc they will put them down.

No; they are KILL shelter. If an animal is shy, scared or doesn't appear friendly in any manner, they will put it down. They deem themselves as a "socially conscious" shelter.

I know they are not. I had to put my 18 year old Chihuahua down.

I don't think so. There is a shelter in North Salt Lake that is no kill.
