They are a Korean family, restaurant is registered to Ilyong Son, and they drive a Kia. They have lots of pictures of Japanese Geisha girls (tacky considering) and other things on the wall to make you believe they might be Japanese. Excellent tempura, what else matters? Food does not have a nationality in my opinion as long as it's done right!
