More of a statement rather a question. Even though I'm a monthly customer, which is a nice thing, I am upset that the two people that wipe down coming out of the car wash "always" fail to wipe the back window. Especially an SUV. Seems easy.

My guess is they do it for your own good. They don't want to scratch your car ( jacket or pants buttons) having to lean over so far to reach it so they wipe down what they can in a very short amount of time.

I actually don't even have the people wipe the cars at all. I stop by the vacuums and wipe the windows myself.

That sounds about right to me definitely how much you pay but then again I don't work there so it's all good
