This is one of the most dirty and disorganized store I had ever seen. I was looking for a dress white or pastel color, and all I found were dirty, even in the inside, with makeup stains and I grabbed one with blood spots on it! It was disgusting. A lady that was there saw me when I discovered the spots if blood on the dress and was as disgusted as I was and left without buying anything. I had a dark green in my shopping cart that I liked it, but after I saw the nastiness of the clothes I didn't want to take it. Even though I wash the clothes I purchase, but just for sanitary reasons I couldn't risk to take it home.

Ross is one of my favorite stores to shop for new clothes, especially for my kids. I went school shopping for them the other day and they had such cute clothes; as always and there was also a pretty good selection on clearance.

Came to the Brickyard location Today. Yes its Monday but oh my this store was a hot mess. Baskets piled up at the doors not in the right spot. Close rack in children area bent extremely bad. And front cashier was using intercom as a walkie talkie. Those are just a couple of things the list can keep going. Ross seems to not care lately.

I spent 483.00 at this store last month. I went to return an item that was 32 since purchase date. The refund was 10.73. I paid with cash and the clerk refused to give me a cash refund! I read the policy on back of the receipt and it says refund will be issued the same way it was purchased. Not once does it say over 30 days they can decide. This company does not care about pleasing their customers. So they "stole" my item as I will not accept anything other then how I paid for it. They have my item and I did 🚫 not get a refund. And to top it all off she didn't give me back my license and now denies it. She asked me for it which I thought was weird but I left the store upset and then realized she didn't return my license so I called back and she denied it. So now I get to file a small claim against Ross for the 55.00 to replace my license plus the item they didn't refund me. Fun fun
