I drove about an hour to this location to make an online return only to be told that they cannot accept it because it was a "third party" item. I was then told to drive all the way to Fashion Place Mall in Murray, ship it back to Express, or go to the factory outlet store in Ogden (which I've previously visited and the employees there told me to go to City Creek to return my item). When I got to the Murray location, they did my online return exchange just fine! It does not make sense to me that I was not able to return my item here when both the SLC and Murray locations are the exact same. Going back and forth between these three locations have been a huge waste of my time and gas, and I will not be shopping here again. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Please update your store hours. I drove all the way to Salt Lake City to make an online return, but it was closed at 6pm instead of 8pm like the online hours said. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Online said it was open until 8pm on Tuesday, showed up at 6:30 and it was locked, no sign on the door.
