This is about the CAR WASH! They keep messing with the brushes so your car does not get CLEAN on your front grill or HOOD! They use too???. Went through twice and got home and found front grill was still dirty. I will not tolerate such sloppiness when I pay $40 bucks per month that is $480. a year!! FIX IT RIGHT OR I AM GONE!

Was a 5 star rating when I first started coming here. Over the past 4 years now coming here at least once a week, this past year its been a waste of money. They have really gone down hill, usually after my wash by the time I get home it looks no different from when I left. Not sure all what they changed other then wiping down at the end. But has to be something else. I've tried contacting the store numerous time but have never gotten anyone to pick up there phone the past week, there voicemail box is full and so just hangs up on you if no one answers..

This place continues to go downhill. The rinse cycle is not working, soap spots left behind on car and windows every time. Wiping down the windows and car after makes it even worse. I have a membership, go once a week. Unfortunately it's the closest location to my home, otherwise I'd go to another location.

I pay for a monthly subscription to Mister Carwash and over the last almost 2 years it’s gone further and further downhill. I understand they likely had to let go of employees during the peak of the pandemic but I frequently see 4-5 people out front checking cars in and since they no longer have people wiping down cars after the wash, you leave with your car looking about as bad as when you came in. I think it’s time to stop hoping it’ll get better and just cancel my subscription. These photos are literally right after I left the car wash. Super disappointing to say the least.
